Ceramic Leveling System Wedge Application
After the ceramic is placed on the adhesive, the level clip should be placed against the ceramic and its bottom touching the adhesive. After placing the other ceramic on the free part, a leveling wedge is placed on the free part of the clip. The wedge is clamped into the clip with crimping pliers and the ceramics are leveled. After leveling, the adhesive is allowed to dry and then the remaining material on the ceramic is cleaned by hitting it with the help of a wedge. After disassembly, the leveling wedges can be used for a second application.
